Abstract: Sustainability is a highly
visible topic with more and more global firms seeking to improve their
sustainability index as a strategic corporate objective. Today, top performing
organizations view sustainability as a “must have” strategy to ensure long term
success. In order to Seek Business sustainability, there is no readymade
formula. There are different approaches, which lead to Business sustainability.
This paper is an attempt, to present a mathematical model of BS, focus on
Business sustainability from Strategic Management approach & the
significant role of HRM, specially, the Training and Development function,
which contributes complimentary factors for Business Sustainability.
